Return policy
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. If it is a Custom Order Purchase.
Custom Order Policy:
For custom orders, 50% of the estimated amount is to be paid in advance, Which is non-refundable. Remaining amount is to be paid after the completion of order (before shipping).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are returning any custom order purchase then only 50% of purchase amount will be credited to you.
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate your refund via NEFT transfer to your bank account. We may request you for your bank account details before initiating the refund.
Note:- Refund amount will not include shipping charges which you have paid.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank contact your bank to inquire about their processing times. Processing Times may differ from bank to bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time you first received it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ijuels.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us before returning to us. You can email us at info@ijuels.com and get confirmation of return shipment. All further communication for return or exchanges will be held through emails. If you ship the items before receiving a shipping conformation from us, We cannot guaranties your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If don’t pay the shipping cost, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommended using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Also, we won’t be able to help you in case the item is missing or lost during shipping.
