Shipping Policy

To return your product, you should email us before returning to us. You can email us at info@ijuels.com and get confirmation of return shipment. All further communication for return or exchanges will be held through emails. If you ship the items before receiving a shipping conformation from us, We cannot guaranties your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If don’t pay the shipping cost, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 5000, we recommended using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Also, we won’t be able to help you in case the item is missing or lost during shipping.
